This page is maintained by the owner of Beach Condo Reservations to answer common questions about how your information is handled when you request a stay. It is editable project content and is not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you submit a reservation request, you provide your name, email address, phone number, requested check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and any notes you choose to include.
The public availability calendar only shows occupied date ranges per condo. It does not display any guest details.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to review and respond to your reservation request and to coordinate your stay if it is confirmed. The owner is notified by email when a new request is submitted.
We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Where it is stored
Reservation requests are stored in a managed database backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). Access to guest names, emails, phone numbers, and notes is restricted to the owner’s administrative tools and is not exposed through the public site.
Access controls
- The public calendar exposes only condo, dates, and status — never guest details.
- Guest details are accessible only through a passcode-protected owner dashboard.
- Administrative actions (approve, decline, delete, import) are validated on the server.
Notification emails are sent from notify.roarpoint.ai. Recipients of transactional emails can use the unsubscribe link in the email footer to stop further messages.
Your choices
To request a copy of the information associated with a reservation request, or to ask for it to be deleted, contact the owner using the address below. Please include the email address and approximate date used when submitting the request.
